Blade of the Empire
Tim McFleur, the first Blade.
“Popcorn” – Hobart, to his enemy when asked “Do you have any last words, old man?”
Hobart, the Blade after McFleur and the longest holder of that office since. During Hobart’s tenure many changes to the structure and purpose of the office took place, most of them negative. Hobart quit the office quite suddenly after publicly confronting the Emperor about the purpose of a mission upon which he had been sent. The Captain of the Guard challenged Hobart to a duel for the affront to the Emperor. Pictured above we see the result of that duel, 3 minutes later.
Chan, the current Blade, replacing Hobart six years ago. Completely loyal to the Queen, ElleMorgans. This version of the office is what McFleur feared it would become – a personal enforcer with the legal ability to act anywhere in the Empire.
